"I have owned property for over 40 years. Megan Jarman has managed properties owned by Brancato Real Estate for almost two years. She is responsible for managing both residential and commercial property. Megan is accountable for all phases of tenant management: rent collection, tenant leasing, the tenant moving in and out process, maintenance service requests and grounds maintenance.

Prior to Megan handling the management of the properties owned by Brancato Real Estate, another management firm handled these functions. Under Megan's management, the rental properties remain rented and rent receipts increased. She handles all phases of property management with professionalism and competency.
